Add an event and it automatically appears in your association's online event calendar page. (and you can have multiple event calendars for different event types if desired).

Event over? Our software automatically moves it into Past Events, where it's still accessible but won't confuse website visitors or make your site look out of date.

For each event, people can access full event details, register and pay right there. Wild Apricot will calculate appropriate pricing (for example, special discounts for members) and send an automatic registration confirmation. It can cap event registration at a predefined limit.

All of this means more convenience for people using your website AND less work for you.

Keeping membership lists up-to-date is essential for an association - but it can often be as struggle, particularly for small organizations. First, it is a matter of how convenient the update process is for members - do they have to call, mail or fax in the updates? With Wild Apricot you can have a secure and searchable member directory on your web site in under five minutes. There are many ways to use this powerful function:

• Create a directory accessible to the general public - or protected members-only directory only accessible to authorized current members and staff
• Use it on your Wild Apricot website - or insert into any other website with our directory 'widget'.
• Setup as many different directory pages as you want. Customize each one - what information to show and which members to include (by membership levels). For example, one directory might briefly list all the records in your database - members and non-members. Another directory page might list only premium members and display additional information - website addresses, pictures and logos etc.
• Powerful and convenient search is available on each directory. Keyword search allows to quickly type text (for example 'John Smith' or 'yahoo.com') and see all matching records. Advanced search allows you to precisely select and filter records by specifying one or more criteria, for example: 'ZIP equals 30301'
• Wild Apricot ensures adherence to privacy laws. You as administrator define what information can is to be shown and which member levels to include. Members can login into their profile and hide specific fields - or opt out of being included in the directory altogether.
