Wild Apricot seamlessly integrates online payment for all transactions processed via your website:
- New membership applications
- Membership renewals
- Event registrations
- Donations
Online payments are handled through your own merchant account - we do not charge any online payment transaction fees. You can use either PayPal, Authorize.Net or Google Checkout (and more options are planned to be added).

For security reasons online payment is only available to billable
accounts (and the good news is that billable accounts start at
$25/month). Free account holders have to process all payments outside
of Wild Apricot - "offline". This means that every transaction will be
marked as "pending" and then after you collect the funds, you will have
to change each transaction status to "confirmed".
