Wild Apricot automatically (and securely) maintains your member database. You can use it for both paid members as well as free members or other kinds of contacts - e.g. people who might have expressed interest to receive updates about your events and other news.

- Customize membership levels to suit your organization. Membership levels govern member access to premium content, event registration fees, annual dues and renewal dates.
- Use Wild Apricot to send personalized emails to your contacts and our system will help you to adhere to current privacy regulations - members are in control of opting out of receiving member e-mailings.
- Automatically track membership renewals. Members will be able to pay dues and renew online by a credit card - so you do not have to track down each member yourself. Members with expired membership will automatically lose their privileges such as discounted event registration fees and access to member-only webpages.
- Members can log in and update their contact information - instead of making the administrator to do all the work.
